- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called him out to Service an Oil Fired Boiler May 2017. Arrived on time but did not seem to know what he was doing and spent most of the 40 minutes that he was here on the phone. He then said that the Installation of the Flue was the incorrect one and that their was insufficient ventilation, which being in an external building could not understand. Said that he would quote for the remedial work and took away all of my documents, but the Quotation never came, after contacting him again. I had my doubts about his competence to Service Oli Boilers and so asked a Professional Company to give me a second opinion who say that there is nothing wrong with the Installation. Yet Stephen Richardson has sent me a bill for £54 even though he did not do any work. I would not recommend him for Servicing Oil FIre Boilers as he does not appear to be experienced enough and generally unreliable. Mr Stuart BeverleyBy Admin, June 26, 2020
